Ballarat Builders for Renovations, Extensions and New Homes
Professional Construction, Delivered on Your Level.
OYL Constructions is a local Ballarat building company led by directors Alex and Neville. We renovate, extend and build homes across Ballarat and surrounding areas, with a hands-on approach that keeps you connected to the people leading your project.
What We Build
From kitchens and bathrooms to larger home renovations, we can help you make thoughtful changes to your existing home.
More room without leaving the home and area you love. From rear living areas to extra bedrooms, we’ll help the new space sit naturally with the old.
Already have plans for your new home? Bring them to us and we can talk through the project, review where you’re at and put together a detailed quote for the build.
Bringing old and new together while respecting the character and story of Ballarat’s older and period homes.
Custom sheds for residential, agricultural, commercial and industrial use, with both building and concreting capability within the OYL team.
What Working with OYL Looks Like
You’ll Know Who You’re Working With
You’ll have direct contact with Alex and Neville from the first conversation, and they stay involved throughout your project.
Clear, Detailed Quoting
We take the time to understand the scope of your project and account for the costs upfront, so you have a clear picture of what’s included.
Communication Throughout Your Project
Our project management software helps keep you informed about what’s happening and when people will be on site, alongside direct communication from the OYL team.
More Capability Within Our Team
With both carpentry and concreting capability within the OYL team, we can take care of more of the work ourselves and limit the number of different trades needed on site.
Local Builders, Raising Local Families
Alex and Neville are Ballarat locals and the people behind OYL Constructions. They’re raising their own families here too, so building locally means something to them.
What started with the two of them has grown into a local team that shares the same approach to quality workmanship, clear communication and treating people and their homes with respect.
